AGG SMART is an integrated "cloud based" shipping system developed specifically for the concrete and aggregate sectors. It is a complete "end to end" solution, managing everything from customers, to quotes, to job planning, to delivery tracking, to invoicing and reporting.

The system has now integrated what3words to help with more efficient deliveries.

How to use what3words addresses within AGG Smart

To start using what3words addresses within your AGG Smart platform, simply reach out to your account manager who will be able to turn on the integration for you.

To add a what3words address to a new job, customer location or site, simply follow the steps below, outlined in the video:

1. Click the “Quick Quote” tab to start a new quote, click the “Sites” button to use a previous site address or type in the postcode into the relevant field
2. Click the “Check Location” button and the “Map” window will pop up
3. To refine the location for the exact drop off location, site entrance etc. type in the what3words address into the field at the bottom of the window, next to the “Route” button.
4. Once you have typed in the what3words address, click search and the pin will drop in the exact location required

Once you have enabled the what3words integration, use the imagery and copy on our Communications Hub to announce the partnership and educate your customers on the benefits of using what3words.
