This CRM allows estate agents to find what3words addresses for properties so customers arrive at viewings easily.

How to use what3words in Acquaint

Setting the property location/getting the what3words address

By default, properties won't have what3words address. You will need to set one by clicking the map on a property as shown below.

1. When on a property listing, select Edit >> Map icon >> Set Map Position.

1. Then select where on the map where you think the pin should be. Once selected the what3words field will show the 3 word address.

what3words on websites

On Acquaint websites, the what3words location will be shown under the map.

what3words Merge fields

The what3words address is available as a merge field, which can be included in emails and SMS text messages.

Once you have enabled the what3words integration, use the imagery and copy on our Communications Hub to announce the partnership and educate your customers on the benefits of using what3words.
