what3words can be integrated into Cordic’s call booking, web booking and passenger app software. This allows customers to provide a precise 3 word address for both pickup and drop off to ensure a speedy and reliable service.
Operators using the call booking software can also send passengers an SMS link with a link to our web map to help customers discover a what3words address easily and quickly.
Call handlers can accept a what3words address for phone bookings. This can be entered into the pickup or drop off fields by selecting View > Use Instant Search.
To discover a customer’s what3words address, you can send this link by selecting Contact > Send what3words URL.
what3words search is available in the pickup and drop off search fields. Customers can enter this directly in the format word.word.word
Once you have enabled the what3words integration, use the imagery and copy on our Communications Hub to announce the partnership and educate your customers on the benefits of using what3words.
