Using what3words in Granicus govService

what3words for Granicus govService helps users to access all the functionalities of the what3words API in self-service forms within the Customer Portal, Staff Portal, Citizen App and other govService Portals, in addition to forms used by agents within the Customer Service Hub CRM.

Once configured, customers and staff can provide what3words addresses directly as part of any service request.

govService forms convert the what3words address to latitude and longitude, then instantly display them on a map and/or provide the data within relevant form fields for later use.

The integration also supports reverse geocoding, allowing a point selected on a map or latitude/longitude entered to be converted into a what3words address.
