Accepting what3words addresses in IQ Fulfillment

The optional what3words address field sits on the cart page or checkout page of your store, wherein consumers can enter their 3 word addresses. These 3 word address is ingested by the store and is pushed out on the back-end in the following format.

• The what3words address associated to the order gets captured in the back-end and further passed forward to IQ Fulfillment.
• Using the shipping address the consumer provided while placing the order, IQ applies its custom-built geocoding service to ascertain the exact location of the customer. The integration of IQ with what3words has improved route planning.
• Using the three-word address format that the clients have provided, it now geocodes the addresses.
• what3words can be activated on any IQ client that uses a 3-word address as its address format. After it has been enabled, customers can pass the what3words via IQ's Create Order API, Shopify, WooCommerce, WIX, Magento, ZID or BigCommerce. As a result, IQ captures the latitude and longitude for each order based on what3words API response.
• IQ then provides the what3words, latitude & longitude to delivery partners so they can better geolocate the end customers.
