what3words must first be added to your e-commerce store. Step-by-step guides for all major e-commerce platforms are available here. Once you’ve added the what3words plug-in, contact your Increff account manager.
Once the what3words address is entered on the checkout page and captured, it is ingested by Increff in the order logs.
This what3words address, along with all the other address information, is passed forward to what3words enabled carriers and aggregators.
