Magenta provide a full suite of taxi dispatching and booking applications; passenger apps, web booker and call handling software.
what3words can be enabled so that passengers can specify a precise pickup or drop-off point using a what3words address.
Call handlers can accept a what3words address for phone bookings and enter this straight into the address search field.
To discover a customer’s what3words address for a pickup, you can share the uk.w3w.co link via SMS by selecting Contact Customer and sending the what3words Find-Me link.
what3words search is available in the pickup and drop off search fields. Customers can enter this directly in the format word.word.word

Once you have enabled the what3words integration, use the imagery and copy on our Communications Hub to announce the partnership and educate your customers on the benefits of using what3words.
