Metapack’s eCommerce delivery management technology accepts what3words addresses from enterprise retailers and passes it onto carriers. The last mile of a parcel’s journey is crucial, so using a 3 word address can help carriers deliver to specific building entrances and precise drop-off points.

In order to pass on what3words addresses to Metapack, Metapack customers need to capture what3words addresses from their customers, in the same way you capture and store traditional address information.
Once you have integrated what3words on your platforms, this information will be automatically passed on to Metapack through its API.
