what3words must first be added to your e-commerce store. Step-by-step guides for all major e-commerce platforms are available here. If you’ve added the what3words plug-in but your website is not on Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento, contact your OTO account manager.
Once the what3words address is entered on the checkout page and captured, it is passed forward to OTO in the format W3WAddress
