Updating an order location with a what3words location in Stream

An order, customer, delivery or collection address is shown in the Stream Location Details popup. This appears as the what3words location shown below the country field.

For any of these addresses, a what3words location can be applied to give more accurate coordinates on the desktop and via the Stream Drivers App.

You can start typing a whats3words location and a shortlist will be provided. Alternatively, you can click the what3words icon (shown to the right) to see a map allowing you to determine the correct what3words location to use.

Once a what3words location is selected, the address coordinates will be updated to match. The address and order can then be saved as normal.

🗣️ Announce the Integration

Once you have enabled the what3words integration, use the imagery and copy on our Communications Hub to announce the partnership and educate your customers on the benefits of using what3words.
