WorkPal has teamed up with what3words, to support field service businesses in more accurate and reliable planning for field technicians and could save up to 30 minutes per person, daily.
The integration with what3words allows WorkPal’s customers to assign a what3words address to job bookings, giving more accurate site locations and increasing productivity throughout the day.
Above you can see how there is now a what3words field which appears alongside the other addressing fields. Users can manually enter a what3words address or have it displayed from the latitude and longitude of the site. This is feature is automatically available for all WorkPal users.
Once you have enabled the what3words integration, use the imagery and copy on our Communications Hub to announce the partnership and educate your customers on the benefits of using what3words.
