How to use what3words in nopCommerce?

With the what3words plugin, you can add a what3words address field to your checkout and accept them in your online store. It helps customers provide an accurate delivery address and enables you to offer a better customer experience and reduce “Where Is My Order?” enquiries.

Once a what3words field is saved against an order, it can be pass through to delivery drivers for navigation. For carriers that accept what3words via an API integration, what3words can also be converted to GPS coordinates ready to be used in delivery apps or navigation systems.

what3words Integration Setup Guide

  1. Download the plugin archive from the what3words listing on the nopCommerce marketplace.
  2. In the merchant admin portal, go to configuration > local plugins.
  3. Upload the plugin archive using the "Upload plugin or theme" plugin.
  4. Scroll down through the list of plugins to find the newly installed plugin. And click on the "Install" button to install the plugin.
