To collect what3words addresses from your customers, you’ll first need to add a what3words address field to your checkout page or CRM. To do so you can use one of our existing plugins or the what3words API. You can take a look at these options and find out more information here or read the relevant section below.

You can pass on a what3words address to Furdeco via API and Manual File Import. Please refer to this documentation for more information on how to use what3words with Furdeco: https://help.senteca.co.uk/article/114-multidop-what3words
When creating orders via the API, you can specify a what3words location by including it in the what3words
field. The system will use the value provided to determine the precise coordinates for the order. This feature ensures accurate geolocation for deliveries, pickups, or other location-specific tasks associated with your order.
For detailed instructions on implementing this feature, refer to this API documentation.
To include what3words values in your manual file imports, follow these steps:
///index.home.raft
index.home.raft
Upon import, the order’s GPS coordinates will automatically update to reflect the what3words location provided by the customer.
what3words is also enabled through a variety of Order Management, ERP and Carrier Management Softwares. Please reach out to your respective account manager if you want to know more. You can see a list of technology partners and how to pass on what3words here and request a software integration here if it’s not already listed.
In order to pass on what3words addresses to Furdeco, clients need to capture what3words addresses from their customers, in the same way you capture and store traditional address information.
